Pole dance and related movements are physically demanding activities that carry an inherent risk of serious injury, disability, or death. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The content on the Service, including descriptions, images, videos, difficulty designations, and transitions, is provided for general informational and reference purposes only. It is not instruction, coaching, training, or supervision, and it is not a substitute for qualified, in-person instruction.
• The Service does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. You should consult a qualified physician or health professional before beginning any physical activity described on the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety, including evaluating your physical condition and abilities, inspecting and maintaining your equipment, using appropriate safety measures, and determining whether any movement is appropriate for you.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service and with performing any movement or activity referenced on the Service, whether foreseeable or not.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality, including text, images, video, graphics, design, databases, and source code (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to PoleMovebook and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You grant PoleMovebook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Submission in connection with the Service.
